AJAP is a non-profit organisation dedicated to growth, advancement, and promotion of the Jewish aerospace community. We encourage Jewish and other community's involvement in the aerospace industry through educational programs and, educational seminars and social events. We raise funds for aviation training scholarships and assist with the questions concerning a fair treatment of Jews in the aerospace industry.

Our Vision

The vision of the Association of Jewish Aerospace Professionals is to lead the way in creating and maintaining the aerospace/aviation industry in which all individuals, regardless of their nationality, color, gender and/or religious affiliation, are treated equally and have equal employment opportunities.

Our Objectives

We strive to enable Jewish aerospace professionals to maintain thier Jewish identity and practices despite the challenges in the industry. We work hard to raise funds for aviation training scholarships for disadvantaged youth of any gender and ethnic background, and provide assistance in aviation training funding to veterans.
